How to Delete Your Account
As a user of Ontra Mobility, you have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data. You can delete your account through the following methods:
Method 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the Ontra Mobility app
- Navigate to Profile/Menu
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision to delete your account
Method 2: Email Request
You can also email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
Data Deletion Details
Data That Will Be Deleted:
- Account and Profile information
- User preferences and settings
- Saved places and routes
Data Retention Period:
Upon account deletion, we will immediately begin the process of deleting your personal data. This process will be completed within 30 days. However, some information may be retained for:
- Legal compliance (up to 7 years for certain financial records, as required by law)
- Aggregated analytics (non-personally identifiable information used for service improvements)
- Fraud prevention (limited data may be retained to prevent abuse of our services)
