How to Delete Your Account

As a user of Ontra Mobility, you have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data. You can delete your account through the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Open the Ontra Mobility app
  2. Navigate to Profile/Menu
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision to delete your account

Method 2: Email Request

You can also email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

Data Deletion Details

Data That Will Be Deleted:

  • Account and Profile information
  • User preferences and settings
  • Saved places and routes

Data Retention Period:

Upon account deletion, we will immediately begin the process of deleting your personal data. This process will be completed within 30 days. However, some information may be retained for:

  • Legal compliance (up to 7 years for certain financial records, as required by law)
  • Aggregated analytics (non-personally identifiable information used for service improvements)
  • Fraud prevention (limited data may be retained to prevent abuse of our services)
